What to Expect...

We fully acknowledge that attending a new church for the first time can be a bit anxiety-producing. Below is some information to help you feel a little more informed about our typical worship service.

MORNING WORSHIP SERVICE

The morning worship service begins at 9 am.

You can expect to be welcomed warmly by our greeters,  Feel free to dress in whatever way you are comfortable. The Bible declares says that "Man judges (but we don't) the outward appearance, but God judges the heart" (1 Samual 16:7)

SUNDAY SCHOOL HOUR

We believe in a traditional need for Sunday School and it's benifits for teaching youth to adults as well.

Our Sunday school hour begins at 10:15 am and is available for all ages, including an informal adult class beginning in September thru the middle of June.  The children's curriculum is fun and Bible-based. We use David C. Cook for the primary grades and Ken Ham's "ABC" program (Answers Bible Curriculum) for the secondary grades.

MUSIC & OTHER WORSHIP

Our woship service includes contemporary as well as updated and classic hymns and praise choruses.  One of our unique traditions is to take time to publically share items of prayer requests and prayer requests.  Visitors are always welcome to share as well.

To show our thanks to God for the blessings He freely gives us, an offering is also collected. As a visitor, you are under no obligation to take part in this. However, you are welcome to participate in this form of worship if you feel led.

MESSAGE/TEACHING

Pastor Frank is a gifted man who preaches expository spirit filled messages from God's Word.  Additionally, he also leads a Friday morning (8 am) informal Bible study that digs even further into God’s Holy Word!!!

FIRST SUNDAY OF THE MONTH

On the FIRST Sunday of the month, we take this opportunity to remember Jesus’ sacrifices  in the sharing of communion.  Following the worship service, we would enjoy your fellowship as you are invited to join us for a Potluck Luncheon.  We never expect you to bring anything, just come and fellowship with us.
